Site Sizes

• Tent sites are approximately 20′ x 20′. One tent + one vehicle per site allowed. 
• RV / Popup sites are approximately 20′ x 40′. One RV + vehicle per site allowed.
• If you have additional vehicles, they can be parked in the general admission parking area.

Camping Info + Rules

• Lowes Park at Rivers Edge (Map) – right next to the FaithFest venue!
• Primitive Camping (no power + shared water hookups)
• Porta Potties available
• Pumping is available for RV Campers for an additional cost of $75 from A Sani Can. Cards will be given to Campers to show that pumping is needed.
• Fires are permitted in the area closest to the river.
• Solo stoves and other fireplaces that are off the ground are also permitted anywhere.
• No fires permitted on the ground in front area (roadside)

Camping FAQs

Q – Do campsites for RV’s have full hook ups? (water, power, sewer)
A – The sites for RV’s are primitive but do have shared water throughout the camping area. There is also a brand new bathhouse that was just built!

Q – Is the camping in the immediate area of the festival?
A – Yes, camping is located at the Lowe’s Park at Rivers Edge and is within walking distance of the festival.

PROGRAM LIABILITY/WAIVER AGREEMENT

WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: I am at least 18 years old and in consideration for being permitted to utilize the facilities, services, and programs of FAITHFEST for any purpose, including but not limited to observation or use of facilities or equipment, or participation in any program affiliated with FAITHFEST, without respect to location, the participant, and any personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, hereby acknowledges, agrees and represents that he or she has, or immediately upon entering or participating will inspect and carefully consider such premises and facilities or the affiliated program. It is further warranted that such entry into FAITHFEST for observation or use of any facilities or equipment or participation in such affiliated program constitutes an acknowledgement that such premises and all facilities and equipment thereon and such affiliated programs have been inspected and carefully considered and that the participant finds and accepts same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purpose of such observation, use, or participation.

IN FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO ENTER FAITHFEST FOR ANY PURPOSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OBSERVATION OR USE OF FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT, OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROGRAM AFFILIATED WITH FAITHFEST, WITHOUT RESPECT TO LOCATION, THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

1) THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE FAITHFEST, its directors, officers, employees, and agents (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from all liability to the participant, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the participant, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while the participant is in, upon, or about the premises or any facilities or equipment therein, or participating in any program affiliated with FAITHFEST, without respect to location.

2) THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to the presence of the participant in, upon, or about FAITHFEST premises or in any way observing or using any facilities or equipment of FAITHFEST or participating in any program affiliated with FAITHFEST whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

3) THE PARTICIPANT HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to negligence of releasees or otherwise while in, about, or upon the premises of FAITHFEST and/or while using the premises or any facilities or equipment thereon or participating in any program affiliated with FAITHFEST.

THE PARTICIPANT further expressly agrees that the foregoing RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the state of North Carolina and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Photography/Audio: I permit FAITHFEST to use images and/or audio in internal and external promotional materials. This includes, but not limited to, any printed material, audio, broadcast and print advertising, promotional videos and FAITHFEST website which are produced or published by FAITHFEST. I also permit FAITHFEST and/or the media to use any images and/or audio in broadcast and print media news coverage of FAITHFEST.

Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, in which the parent/guardian nor the emergency contact cannot be contacted, FAITHFEST and/or its representatives may take appropriate action in the best interest of the participant. In addition, I hereby accept the sole financial responsibility for such medical care, first aid or treatment.

Refunds: I understand that non-attendance does not entitle me to a refund. I understand that no refunds or adjustments are granted for illness, vacation or when FAITHFEST programs are canceled due to inclement weather. All refunds or program credits given for other reasons are issued on a prorated basis. I understand that FAITHFEST reserves the right to apply any credit due to other outstanding balances. Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation.

RIVERS EDGE FAITHFEST WAIVER

THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE FAITHFEST, it’s directors, officers, employees, and agents, Wilkes County Government, Wilkes County Parks and Recreation, its employees and any other person or agency assisting, (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from all liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property, or theft, which may occur from camping at Wilkes County Rivers Edge Campground.
